What is this blog?

My husband and I started a game when our first son was born six and a half years ago. We would say "oh you know when you're a mom or dad when...." we would find odd items in our pocket, lose something we never thought we could, find something that went missing months ago, and do things we never thought we would. This blog is dedicated to laughing about what could be some of the most aggravating times, but instead it's really funny because the truth is that SO many other parents go through the same stuff!

Like, stressing over that seperated pair of socks that you loved putting on your little one, only to find the other one stuck to the inside of your pant leg while grocery shopping.... it's one of those moments that makes you say "you know you're a mom when..." and it should make you laugh out loud! It's halarious the kinds of things we go through once we're parents!

So I figured it's time to start sharing this game with others, and see just how many parents have all been playing it in thier own family. I'm sure my husband and I can't be the only ones!
